Constanța (ou Constanza) est une ville portuaire de l'est de la Roumanie (la seconde après Bucarest pour le nombre d'habitants), elle est située sur les rives occidentales de la mer Noire. La municipalité de Constanța compte une population de 304 279 habitants au 1er juillet 2007, mais l'agglomération compte environ 450 000 habitants avec les communes limitrophes.

The municipality of Constanta has a population of 304,279 inhabitants on 1 July 2007, but the city has about 450,000 inhabitants with neighboring municipalities.
